Our warehouse works diligently to get all of our dates to your doorstep ( or email inbox ) in a timely fashion every month. Once your date has been prepped for shipping you should receive an email with a link to track your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking email, the most likely culprit is the email being sent to a Spam or Junk inbox in your email. Please check there first, and if found mark it as "Not Spam/Junk" to ensure it continues to be delivered to you in the future.
Our goal is to get your box to you by the 10th of every month. If it is getting close to that day and you haven't received your email, and it was not found in your Spam/Junk mailbox, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your email address, first and last name, and the address to which the box should be delivered to help them locate your tracking information.
